Our Methodology


Before we undertake any work on behalf of any client, Specialist Search takes the time to understand each client's business and - based on a number of relevant factors - will fix a fee structure we will work with (for any appointment our clients' make through us) over a two year period.


We always ask for a two-year agreement because we act as business partners with our clients; the more we know your business, the more it makes selling any open roles easier for us - and it's far more cost-effective for clients knowing they will pay an agreed rate to us for any appointment made through Specialist Search over the two-year period.


Whether clients seek to appoint a CEO, a CTO or specialist technical sales staff, we use every means at our disposal to identify and present the right candidates for the role. Once we have identified candidates, we interview and check references - saving time and effort for our clients. Once we have completed pre-selection, we will then present a short-list. If we can only find one candidate that meets your requirements, we will only present one candidate: we send you people who fit the role - not just a load of CVs for you to 'review and get back to us'.
