A number of our clients do not recruit the volume of candidates required for a Managed Solution. Instead, they prefer to operate a Preferred Supplier List (PSL). PSL’s are usually framework agreements where a number of approved Recruitment Agencies supply a range of skill types either on a permanent or contract basis. In some cases, Specialist Search acts as the Managing Agent of all other recruitment agencies on the client’s behalf. Specialist Search already works under these arrangements with a number of clients, and we have dedicated specialist recruitment consultants who use not only the latest technology available but also a wide range of both traditional and modern recruitment techniques to offer the most reliable service across a wide range of industry sectors. We presently operate as a preferred supplier to clients in the Public Sector, Construction, Engineering, Biotech, Nuclear Engineering and Health Care fields. Specialist Search has repeatedly demonstrated an ability to outperform our competition. In many cases, our clients have come to us when they have been unsuccessful finding candidates from other sources. In response, these same clients have asked us to operate as part of their PSL and often allow Specialist Search an exclusive period of time to fill their roles – we never knowingly let clients down. |
